Oste- og hvidløgssnegle kan give et lækkert pift til aftensmaden. De passer perfekt til en lækker suppe.
Ingredienser
Dej:
25 g gær
5,5 dl lunkent vand
2 tsk sukker
2 tsk salt
3 spsk olie
750 g italiensk hvedemel (tipo 00)
Fyld:
125 g smør
2 spsk tørret oregano
3 fed hvidløg, presset
200 g revet ost
Fremgangsmåde
- Start med at lave dejen: Rør gæren ud i det lunkne vand.
- Tilsæt olie, salt og sukker.
- Ælt melen i. Dejen skal være en smule klistret.
- Stil dejen til hævning et lunt sted i 1 time, eller indtil dejen er vokset til dobbelt størrelse.
- Nu til fyldet: Smelt smørret og tilsæt oregano og presset hvidløg. Stil til side.
- Rul dejen ud i en rektangel, i en tykkelse af 7-8 mm.
- Fordel smørblandingen på dejen.
- Drys med 150 g ost.
- Rul dejen til en pølse, og skær stykker i en tykkelse af 4-5 cm.
- Fordel sneglene i to springforme med en diameter på 24 cm. Der skal være 1 cm luft mellem sneglene.
- Springformene med sneglene stilles nu til efterhævning i 1 time, eller indtil sneglene er hævet sammen.
- Når sneglene er færdige med at hæve, drysses den resterende ost henover.
- Sneglene bages i 20-25 minutter ved 180 grader varmluft.
- Serveres gerne lune.
